("Bearing" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: BRZ) (OTCQB: BLILF) (FRANKFURT: B6K2) announces that, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to extend the expiry date of 4,565,000 outstanding share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) issued pursuant to a private placement that closed in two tranches in August 2018.The Warrants currently expire on August 8, 2019 and August 16, 2019. If approved, the new expiry date for the Warrants will be December 31, 2019.
