(“Bearing” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture:BRZ) (OTCQB:BLILF) is pleased to announce that Bearing shareholders voted in favour of all items of business brought before them at the Company’s Annual General Meeting which was held at 10:00 am on June 25, 2020 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (the “AGM”).
Shareholders holding a total of 21,239,380 common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the AGM, representing 29.18% of the votes attached to all outstanding common shares of the Company as at the record date. Shareholders voted in favour of all the matters submitted before the AGM as set out in the notice of meeting and information circular dated May 19, 2020 including:
Mr. Jeremy Poirier did not stand for re-election at the AGM; the board of directors’ wishes to thank Mr. Poirier for his many years of service to the Company and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
